The Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Camera in white is a plug-in 1080p HD security camera that you can turn to look all around a room, controlled from your phone. It suits families, pet owners and small offices who want one camera to cover a whole space instead of a single fixed view.
About the product
The camera pans a full 360° and tilts 169° up and down, and you steer it from the Ring app. You get live HD video, colour night vision and two-way talk, so you can see what is happening and speak to people or pets in the room. A manual privacy cover lets you switch off the camera and microphone when you want privacy. It also works with select Alexa-enabled devices for hands-free viewing and notifications.
Where to use it
Indoors: living rooms, kids' rooms, nurseries, hallways, home offices and small shop or office spaces, anywhere with a power outlet and Wi-Fi in range.
Outdoors: not designed for outdoor use.
How to use it
Setup is DIY. Plug the camera in, place it on a shelf or mount it, then follow the prompts in the Ring app.

Important notes
The camera needs a standard power outlet and a Wi-Fi connection on the 2.4GHz band, and Ring recommends a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps for best performance. Standard features such as live view, real-time notifications and two-way talk are available without a plan. Saving and sharing recorded video, plus extras such as person alerts, need a Ring Protect plan, which is sold separately. This camera is for indoor use only.

Keep the camera and power cable dry and away from heat sources and liquids, and use it indoors only. Wipe the camera with a soft, dry cloth, and unplug it before cleaning or moving it. Keep cables out of reach of young children and pets.
