Description
Selleys Sausage Nozzles are a handy ten-pack of disposable plastic nozzles for sausage guns, supplied with a plunger disc, so you always have a fresh nozzle ready for big adhesive and sealant jobs. The tapered tip gives you better control over how the product flows, and the nozzles are designed not to clog.
About the product
Each nozzle is moulded from durable white plastic with a tapered shape. You can trim the tip to the bead size your job needs. The nozzles are disposable, so there is no need to fuss over cleaning them when you finish a job.
Where to use it
Indoors: applying adhesives, fillers and sealants from sausage packs on larger interior projects.
Outdoors: dispensing adhesives and sealants from sausage packs on bigger exterior jobs, where a sausage gun saves frequent reloading.
These nozzles are made for use with a sausage gun and the sausage packs of adhesive or sealant it holds. Check that the nozzle fits your gun and your sausage pack before starting.
How to use it
Unscrew the end cap of your sausage gun and fit the nozzle into it. Load the sausage into the barrel, then snip off the sausage clip while it is still inside the gun. Refit the end cap with the nozzle attached and cut the nozzle tip to the bead size you want. Squeeze the trigger to dispense, and release the pressure plate to stop the flow. When you change to a new sausage, fit a fresh nozzle.
Important notes
Cut the nozzle tip conservatively: you can always take off more, but you cannot put it back. Do not leave product sitting in a used nozzle, as it can set and block the tip. Replace the nozzle if it is blocked or damaged. The nozzle only controls dispensing, so always follow the directions on the adhesive or sealant you are applying.
