Description
Simple Green Shower Glass Restorer is a natural abrasive paste made to scrub away stubborn hard water deposits from shower screens and other hard surfaces, supplied here in a 600g tub. It suits home cleaning jobs around the bathroom, kitchen, car and pool area, where cloudy mineral build-up has gone past what a regular spray cleaner can handle.
About the formula
A paste-style cleaner that relies on fine natural abrasives to physically lift the chalky mineral layer (often called calcium) that forms when hard water dries on glass. Left alone, these deposits can thicken into a tough film that only an abrasive will shift. The maker states it will not damage glass, tile, ceramic, chrome or stainless steel surfaces, and it rinses away easily once you have finished cleaning.

Indoors: shower glass and screens, shower tiles, tapware, porcelain and vitreous china basins and baths, stainless steel shower trays, shower roses and handrails, toilet bowl stains, ceramic and stainless steel cooktops, oven glass doors, stainless steel sinks and benchtops, porcelain tapware, stainless steel pots, pans and cookware, laundry tubs, fireplace glass doors and aquarium glass.
Outdoors: exterior vehicle windscreens and windows, exhaust deposits, stainless steel fittings, glass mirrors, hard alloy rims, glass, tile and stainless steel balustrades, and stainless steel and glass pool fencing.
Suitable surfaces include glass, tiles, ceramic, porcelain, chrome and stainless steel (test any other surface in a small hidden spot first).
How to use it
Start with a surface that is free of loose dirt and grit. Apply a small amount of paste with a damp cloth or sponge and rub over the stained area, working in small sections until the deposits break down. Rinse well with clean water and wipe or squeegee dry. Repeat on heavier build-up. Follow the directions printed on the tub for full instructions.
Important notes
Always test on a small, hidden area before cleaning any surface not listed above, especially coated, tinted, polished or decorative finishes. Rinse all residue off thoroughly after cleaning. Regular cleaning stops deposits from building up into a thick layer that takes more effort to remove.
