Description
The Swann EVO 2K Indoor Pan & Tilt Wi-Fi Camera is a plug-in security camera that lets you check on your home, pets or small business from your phone, with no hub and no monthly fee for recording. It pairs sharp 2K Quad HD video with app-controlled movement, so one camera can cover a whole room.
About the product
The camera records in 2K Quad HD, which is detailed enough to pick out faces, parcels and close-up objects. Video is in colour in ambient light and switches to black and white for night vision, which reaches up to about 10 m. Video-based motion and people sensing is designed to give more reliable alerts on your phone, and the built-in siren can sound when activity is detected. Two-way audio lets you talk to family, check in on pets or speak up if someone shouldn't be there. It pans a full 355° horizontally and tilts vertically, all controlled from the Swann Security app, and it can follow moving subjects with its auto-tracking. For recording, add your own microSD card (up to 128GB supported) and clips are saved locally.
Where to use it
Indoors: living areas, hallways, kids' rooms, home offices, shopfronts and back-of-house areas, anywhere you have a power outlet and Wi-Fi coverage.
Outdoors: not intended for outdoor use.
How to use it
Plug the camera into power through the supplied USB-C cable and adapter, connect it to your Wi-Fi network using the Swann Security app, then adjust the view with the pan and tilt controls in the app. Insert a microSD card to start recording. Place it on a shelf using the stand, or fix it in position with the supplied screws and wall plugs.

Important notes
A microSD card is not included. This is an indoor-only camera and needs mains power through the supplied adapter, so it is not a battery or wire-free model. A reliable Wi-Fi signal at the mounting spot gives the best performance. Night vision footage is in black and white.

Care and storage
Keep the camera dry and away from direct heat, moisture and dust, and use it within its stated operating temperature range. Wipe the body and lens gently with a soft, dry cloth, and only use the supplied power adapter and cable. When not in use, store it in its box in a cool, dry place away from children.
