About the product
These are classic wood and plastic mouse traps with a spring mechanism and an enlarged bait pedal that gives mice more surface to trigger. A dual sensitivity setting lets you choose between a firm or a more sensitive trigger to suit the situation. The cheese-scented pedal is formulated with attractant, so no extra bait is needed to get started.
Where to use it
Indoors: along walls, behind appliances, in pantries, garages, laundries and storerooms where mouse activity has been noticed.
Outdoors: in sheds, outbuildings and around the garden, ideally in a sheltered spot out of the rain.
How to use it
- Each trap is pre-baited, so it is ready to use out of the pack.
- Select the firm or sensitive setting, then set the trap following the instructions on the pack.
- Place traps where you have seen droppings, gnaw marks or mouse runs, with the pedal end towards the wall.
- Allow 48 hours for an initial catch. If nothing is caught, put an alternative bait, such as The Big Cheese Trap Bait, on the pedal.
Important notes
Designed for mice only. The traps are sold as a pack of two. Check them regularly and replace the bait if the pedal loses its appeal.
