About the product
Each brush has synthetic bristles and a contoured wooden handle that sits comfortably in the hand. The handles are about 130mm long, which makes them easy to control for both broad strokes and detail work. The set covers five widths, from a small 12mm brush for fine detail up to a 75mm brush for larger flat areas.
Where to use it
Indoors: painting walls, ceilings, skirtings, door frames and window trims, plus small touch-up jobs.
Outdoors: general painting of fences, trim and other exterior surfaces, using a paint suited to the job.
How to use it
- 12mm brush for fine detail, edges and small repairs
- 25mm brush for narrow trims, rails and small surfaces
- 38mm brush for window frames, door edges and skirtings
- 50mm brush for general painting and medium-sized areas
- 75mm brush for larger flat surfaces
Pick the brush width that suits the surface, load the bristles about one third of the way up and work the paint on with smooth, even strokes. Match your paint type to the job and check the paint label for brush recommendations.
Important notes
If you are pausing a job overnight, wrap the brushes tightly in cling wrap so the paint stays workable, then pick up where you left off the next day. Clean brushes soon after finishing, using water or the solvent recommended on your paint tin, and let them dry fully before storing.

Care and storage
Clean brushes thoroughly after each use and reshape the bristles while damp. Store them flat or hanging in a dry place, away from direct heat, and keep out of reach of children.
