Any loose flaking material must be removed and light sanding is recommended. SikaBond Fast will adhere to damp (not wet) substrates but drying times may increase. Substrates should be above 5ºC. Do not bond 2 non-porous substrates ensure that one surface is porous. Application Apply a 5 mm bead of SikaBond Fast to one surface using a cartridge gun; ensure the beads are no more than 45cm apart. Bring both substrates immediately together and clamp, nail or screw for a minimum of 24 hours. For butt joints use adhesive on both panel edges. Cleaning The uncured material can be cleaned with water. The hardened material can only be removed by mechanical means. How to Use Preparation For new tiling jobs, use Selleys White For Life Tiling Adhesives. Ensure that the tile adhesive has set (usually 24-48hrs). Remove spacers, rake out excessive, dust, debris etc from the joints. If re-grouting remove old grout and clean thoroughly with Selleys Rapid Mould Killer and allow to dry. Do not grout at temperatures below 10°C, or in damp conditions. Before grouting, check ease of removal from matt or textured tile surfaces. Seal porous tiles before grouting or removal of grout from tiles will be difficult. Application Cut seal, screw on nozzle, cut to size. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing grout into joints (for cartridge only). Grout small areas at a time. Work the grout into the joints and smooth off using a rubber squeegee or grout float, moving diagonally across the joints with several passes to compact the grout lines and minimise the amount left on the face of the tiles – avoid moving along the joint as this removes grout from the joint. Tip: hold float/squeegee at 45° angle; clean regularly. Clean up with water, before grout sets. Allow grout to firm up in joints for approx 20 min (longer in colder conditions). Using a damp (not wet) sponge, clean tile surfaces, by wiping lightly, in a circular motion. Finish with a single wipe diagonally across the tile with a clean damp ( not wet) sponge. Avoid repeated wiping as this may remove grout which is not yet fully set, from the joints. Buff and polish the tile surface, after 24hours, with a soft clean cloth. After use keep the nozzle on the cartridge Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to humidity. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life. If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

Storage and re-use Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening. After use keep the nozzle on the cartridge Silicone is a reactive product and is designed to cure once exposed to air. While the product may be stored for a few months once opened, it does have a limited shelf life. Storage in an upright position in a cool dry place is recommended to maximise the storage life. If the sealant is going to be used again within a few days, leave the nozzle on and merely extrude approximately 2 cm of product before storing the cartridge upright. This will cure to a plug which can easily be pulled out when required. For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place a piece of plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air. When you want to re-use the product, simply take off the foil and plug from the old nozzle pull out the excess silicone from the nozzle with a corkscrew, then re-pierce any cure at the tip of the cartridge and re-use. If cure has taken place into the cartridge, the product is unlikely to be in a useable state and should be discarded.

Selleys No More Gaps Timber Floors is specifically designed to fill and sealing gaps around and between tongue and groove timber flooring and between other timber panels and fittings where extra flexibility is required. Contains real wood fibre allowing the filler to receive stains better than standard gap fillers Filler provides an airtight seal, keeping out draughts, dust and pests. Easy water clean up Where can this product be used? For filling and sealing gaps around and between tongue and groove timber floors. Around and between all types of timber panels and fittings eg. Bedroom and kitchen fittings, benchtops, skirting boards and architraves. What materials is this product suitable for? Timber floors Timber match: Jarrah - Jarrah, River Red Gum, Karri Hardwood - Black Butt, Spotted Gum, Brush Box , Tasmanian Oak, Cypress, Beech Walnut - Ironbark, Teak, Dark stained timbers and engineered floors Baltic - Pine, Myrtle, Alpine Ash Size 380g Cartridge Technology Water-Based Use Interior How to Use: The surface to be filled must be clean, dry and free from dust. Cut seal and nozzle to suit the width of the gap. Fit to the cartridge. Insert into a caulking gun such as Selleys Light Speed Caulking gun. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing product into the gap. Press in and smooth off with a spatula. Take care not to drag out applied filler from the gap. Use a spatula to scrape off as much residue as possible from the timber surface, to minimise sanding necessary. Clean up with a damp cloth immediately. Allow drying for at least 24 hours before sanding off any residue from the timber surface. Allow longer time in colder weather or if residue left on timber is excessive. Stain and varnish/paint as desired. Ensure stain/varnish is not allowed to pool in the joint – lightly wipe off while wet if necessary. Limitations: Not for exterior use. Not for gaps greater than 3mm wide in trafficable joints. Tips: Ensure sufficient product is applied into the gap if filling tongue and groove overlaps Coverage: 18 m / 3mm bead Re-apply filler if timber movement is excessive and movement capability is exceeded, or if a flush fill is desired.
