Loxeal 34-59T Structural Acrylic Adhesive Transparent Gel 150ml
Loxeal 34-59T is the transparent gel version of Loxeal's 34-59 series – a fast-curing, chemically activated structural acrylic adhesive used together with a Loxeal Activator (such as Activator 20). No mixing is required: apply the adhesive to one surface and the activator to the other, press the parts together and the joint fixtures in as little as 20–40 seconds. The toughened, thixotropic gel is non-sag on vertical surfaces, bonds ferrites, metals and ceramics, and delivers a wide service temperature range up to +165°C. Supplied in a 150ml pack.

Typical applications

How to use
- Clean both surfaces with Loxeal Cleaner 10 and allow to dry – water and grease prevent adhesion.
- Apply the Loxeal Activator to one surface and the adhesive gel to the other.
- Assemble and press the parts together until handling strength is achieved (20–40 seconds).
- For gaps larger than 0.5 mm, apply activator to both surfaces before applying the adhesive to one side.
- Remove excess uncured adhesive with an organic solvent and allow at least 24 hours for full cure before loading the joint.

Important notes
- Requires a Loxeal Activator (e.g. Activator 20), applied to the opposing surface – sold separately
- Not designed for polyolefins (PP/PE), PTFE or soft, flexible materials
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light, at no more than +25°C
