Loxeal Metalox Metal Repair Epoxy Kit 10 x 25ml Bi-Syringes
Loxeal Metalox is a solvent-free, fast-curing, metal-filled two-part epoxy engineered for repairing and bonding metal components. This trade pack contains 10 x 25ml bi-syringes, each supplied with mixing nozzles, so every job starts with fresh, accurately proportioned adhesive. Its thixotropic (non-sag) paste works as an adhesive filler – rebuilding metal castings, pipework and flanges – and once cured it can be machined, sanded and painted, typically within a few hours of application.

How to use
- Scratch or abrade the surface, then degrease with Loxeal Cleaner 10 or acetone and allow to dry.
- Fit the mixing nozzle to the bi-syringe and discard the first 3–5 cm of extruded product.
- Apply the mixed adhesive directly to the repair area; work at temperatures above +15°C.
- Assemble or shape immediately and leave undisturbed until cured.
- Once cured (sandable after about 5 hours at +25°C), machine, sand or paint as required.
Cure times
- Pot life: approximately 5 minutes at +25°C
- Handling strength: approximately 15 minutes
- Sandable: about 5 hours at +25°C (90% of final hardness)
- Accelerated cure: 1 hour at +60°C for full resistance sooner

Important notes
- Apply at temperatures above +15°C; higher temperatures and large mixed quantities reduce pot life
- Avoid mixing excess product – the curing reaction generates heat
- Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically
- Store in a cool, dry place at no more than +25°C
