Loxeal Superlox Polyolefin Bonder Kit 10 x 25ml Bi-Syringes
Loxeal Superlox is a two-part acrylic adhesive developed to bond polyolefins – polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), HDPE and LDPE – and other notoriously difficult low-surface-energy plastics, without primers, flame treatment or other expensive surface pre-treatments. This trade pack contains 10 x 25ml bi-syringes, each with mixing nozzles, dispensing the two components at a simple 1:1 ratio. It joins polyolefins to each other and to other plastics such as ABS and PVC, and to metals, producing structural joints with high shear and peel strength.

How to use
- Clean the surfaces to remove dust, oil and grease (for example with Loxeal Cleaner 10) and allow to dry.
- Fit the static mixing nozzle to the bi-syringe and discard the first few centimetres of extruded adhesive.
- Apply the mixed adhesive to one surface.
- Assemble the parts promptly and hold or clamp them without movement while the adhesive sets.
- Leave the joint undisturbed until fully cured before applying load.
Cure times
- Fast curing at room temperature – parts typically fixture within minutes of assembly
- Allow 24 hours for full strength before placing joints under working load

Important notes
- Work at room temperature; low temperatures slow the cure
- Use each mixing nozzle for one continuous application – fit a fresh nozzle if work is interrupted
- Cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically
- Store in a cool, dry place at no more than +25°C
