Selleys No More Gaps Exterior & Weatherboard is a specially formulated flexible gap filler, with superior weather, UV and mould resistance to protect against harsh external elements such as rain, wind and UV rays. It can be painted over with both water and oil based paints, so you can give your house the professional finish it deserves. Features Superior flexibility to cope with building movement, meaning the cracks and gaps will be hidden for longer. Has greater than 500% elongation/stretch and up to +/- 25% joint movement capability. Superior adhesion to a broad range of surfaces, resulting in a lasting finish. Has good resistance to weathering Contains a titanium compound for superior UV resistance. Contains a fungicide and algaecide to protect against unsightly mould and algae growth. Is a hard setting, thick silver-grey metallic filler, suitable for use with most metals and alloys. If mixing is difficult, warm to room temperature. Apply with pressure to surface to be repaired (within 2 minutes of mixing) and mould to shape if required. If material sticks to fingers, use the plastic wrapper to press the material in place. For a smooth appearance, remove excess and hand rub with water or a damp cloth before hardening begins. Trim away any excess before initial hardening. Remove any residues with acetone prior to initial hardening. Hardened excess may be sanded or trimmed away once fully cured. After 5-10 minutes Knead-It Steel will harden and begin to form a strong bond. After 60 minutes Knead-It Steel may be drilled, sanded, machined, filed, sawed or painted.
