GORILLA SUPER GLUE GEL Gorilla Super Glue Gel is an easy-to-use, thicker and more controlled formula* great for multiple surfaces and vertical applications. Developed for long-lasting repairs in an instant, the clear glue dries in 10–45 seconds. This super glue gel is specially formulated to absorb drops and impacts. Super glue, also referred to as cyanoacrylate glue, or CA glue, works on a variety of materials, including plastic**, metal, stone, ceramic, paper, rubber and more. In addition to its high performance formula, we’ve added an anti-clog cap with a metal pin inside to ensure an airtight seal for maximum reusability. It’s Gorilla tough, every time. PRODUCT FEATURES NO RUN CONTROL GEL FORMULA ANTI CLOG CAP: Keeps glue from drying out, its Gorilla Tough use after use. IMPACT TOUGH: Increase impact resistance and strength FAST-SETTING: Dries in 10-45 seconds, no clamping required VERSATILE: Bonds plastic*, wood, metal, ceramic, rubber, leather, paper and more! *Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic or similar materials. DIRECTIONS Protect Work Area From Spills Clean and Dry Surfaces to Be Bonded Prepare Gorilla Super Glue Gel With cap on bottle, shake product, then turn product upside down and tap on hard surface to shake gel into bottle nozzle. Apply Gorilla Super Glue Gel Remove cap and apply a small amount of Gorilla Super Glue Gel to one surface. Only one dab per 25.4mm x 25.4mm area recommended. Set time can vary based on the amount of glue and type of surface glued. Excess glue can cause delayed or failed bond. Secure Press the two surfaces together for about 10–45 seconds. Note that gaps and uneven surfaces may cause delayed bonding. Wait 24 hours for a full cure. TECHNICAL SPECS APPLICATION TEMPERATURE – Room temperature SERVICE TEMPERATURE – -53.9°C to 104.4°C OUTDOOR – No PAINTABLE – No SANDABLE – Yes STAINABLE – No EXPANDS WHEN CURED – No CURED COLOR – Clear STORAGE TIPS  – Store in a cool, dry location. Do not store in refrigerator GAP FILLING – No FAQS Why isn’t my bottle of Gorilla Super Glue filled to the top? For high performance and usability, the adhesive needs to be protected from air. One way to keep the air out of the adhesive is by packaging in thick plastic bottles. If the thicker plastic bottle was completely full of adhesive, it would be too hard to squeeze the glue out of the bottle. How is Gorilla Super Glue different than Gorilla Glue? Gorilla Super Glue is a cyanoacrylate adhesive, while Gorilla Glue is a polyurethane. Unlike Gorilla Glue, Gorilla Super Glue does not require extended clamp time or moisture to activate. It does not foam during set up. In addition, Gorilla Super Glue is recommended primarily for indoor applications only and is ideal for smaller repairs that require an instant bond and projects where clamping is not needed. What does Impact Tough mean? Gorilla Super Glue is designed with a reinforced formula to handle bumps and drops with a strong, reliable bond. Will Gorilla Super Glue bond plastic/vinyl/rubber? Gorilla Super Glue has been engineered to achieve excellent results on difficult to bond substrates. It is formulated to bond a wide range of similar and dissimilar materials including most plastics, metals, elastomers, wood, and porous surfaces. Gorilla Super Glue requires some absorbed moisture on the bonding surfaces to cure. Certain difficult to bond plastics, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, have little to no moisture and will not form good bonds. How do I remove Gorilla Super Glue from body/skin or separate bonded body/skin? To remove Gorilla Super Glue from your skin, soak the bonded area in warm, soapy water. Acetone may also be used according to the solvent manufacturer’s instructions (fingernail polish remover works well). The key is to be patient and NEVER pull the area apart. Gently wiggle the bonded area to allow the soapy water or acetone to penetrate the bond. After soaking, the adhesive should come off easily. Keep in mind that acetone can strip your skin of oils, so apply moisturiser after removal. How do I remove Gorilla Super Glue from my surface? To remove uncured Gorilla Super Glue, use a towel dampened with acetone or isopropyl alcohol to blot the area. Several applications may be necessary to completely remove the uncured glue. For removal of cured Gorilla Super Glue from the surface of your project, soak bonded area with warm soapy water or acetone. The adhesive should begin to soften, but many applications may be necessary. Keep in mind that isopropyl alcohol and acetone can damage some surface materials, such as countertops and some plastics. Always test in a small, unseen area first. Is Gorilla Super Glue food safe? Gorilla Super Glue is not intended for any application with direct or indirect food contact and should not be stored near food or in the refrigerator. Gorilla Super Glue contains no solvents, but has a strong odor. To avoid irritation, use in areas that have adequate air movement and ventilation. What should I do if I think a human or animal ingested Gorilla Super Glue? Additional product safety and first aid information can be found here. How is Gorilla Super Glue Gel different than liguid Gorilla Super Glue? Gorilla Super Glue Gel is a thicker and more controllable formula than Gorilla Super Glue. It’s great for projects where precision is key. Why do I need to shake and tap the bottle? Since Gorilla Super Glue Gel is a thicker formula than a liquid super glue, shaking the bottle pushes the glue to the tip of the bottle. This allows for an easy and controlled dispensing.

  • Packshot of SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL

Sika SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL is a reliable one component foam construction adhesive dispensed from a can chosen for home repairs, trade work, and craft builds when you want a bond you can trust. Designed for Australian conditions, it balances strength, ease of use, and clean application so you can get professional results without special tools. The 750 mL pack is ideal for general work and keeps neatly in a toolbox or caddy. Why choose Sika High-Strength for your next project Everyday jobs often involve mixed materials and imperfect surfaces. SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL has been formulated to wet out well, grab quickly, and cure to a tough finish that resists movement and contact stress. It maintains bond integrity across common temperature swings and has dependable resistance to moisture and most household chemicals. Whether you are fixing, building, sealing, or assembling, this product gives you confidence from first squeeze through final set. Best for Fixing studs, battens, and sheets Filling small gaps while bonding Fast installation where speed saves labour Suitable surfaces The adhesive works well on the following surface types when properly prepared: Timber and masonry Concrete and fibre cement Many building materials except PE and PP Surface preparation Good preparation is the key to a long lasting repair. Remove loose material, dust, and grease. Wipe glossy areas with methylated spirits or an approved cleaner and allow to dry. On very smooth plastics and metals, lightly roughen with fine abrasive paper to give the adhesive a mechanical key. Dry fit parts first and mark alignment points so you can assemble accurately within the open time. If bonding porous materials, ensure both faces are dry and free of surface chalking. How to use Check fit and plan clamping. Do a trial run without adhesive so you know the order of steps. Apply a thin, continuous bead to one surface. For wide pieces, use a zig zag pattern to maximise wetting. Bring surfaces together within the stated open time of assemble parts within the open time to ensure a strong bond. Reseat once if needed, then hold steady. Apply even pressure using clamps, tape, weights, or temporary fasteners. Avoid squeezing all adhesive out of the joint. Allow to cure undisturbed. Initial handling strength will develop as the adhesive sets, with a full cure reached based on the chemistry described below. Cure profile Expands slightly to fill gaps, then cures to a firm, high strength foam. Provides excellent initial grab and reduces the need for nails in many applications. Temperature and environmental performance Apply within the can's specified temperature range. Humidity supports foam curing. Avoid application to very cold, sweating, or waterlogged surfaces. For outdoor use protect fresh bonds from rain until the skin has formed and the core has progressed in cure. Once fully cured, the bond resists normal weathering, splash water, and intermittent UV exposure based on the substrate and paint systems used. Clean up and finishing Clean uncured foam with the prescribed cleaner. Once cured, cut back mechanically. When cured, excess can be carefully trimmed or sanded. For painted finishes, allow the adhesive to fully cure before priming. Test paint on a small area to confirm compatibility and drying behaviour. Coverage guide Coverage varies with bead size, surface porosity, and technique. As a general guide, a 3 mm bead yields approximately 10 to 12 linear meters per 310 mL cartridge. Smaller packs scale proportionally. Gaps, rough edges, and highly absorbent materials will reduce coverage. Plan an extra margin for offcuts and practice passes. Tips for best results Work within the recommended open time so the adhesive can properly wet the surfaces. Use light clamping pressure to keep parts aligned while maintaining a film thickness for strength. For very porous substrates, apply a thin precoat as a primer layer and allow it to tack before final assembly. Keep joint lines clean by masking edges with painter tape and removing it before the adhesive skins. Where movement or vibration is expected, design the joint to share load across a large area. Troubleshooting Poor adhesion: Check for oil, release agents, or surface dust. Reclean and lightly abrade if necessary. Slow cure: Low temperature and low humidity extend cure time. Maintain moderate conditions for best results. Visible squeeze out: Wipe fresh material with a suitable solvent and a soft cloth. Once cured, trim carefully. Bond line prints through paint: Allow a full cure, then prime and apply thin coats of paint, allowing proper drying between coats. Storage and shelf life Store cans upright. Do not expose to heat. Observe transport and disposal rules for pressurised containers. Always check the pack for a lot code and use by guidance. Reseal immediately after use and store upright. Dispose of empty containers responsibly. Safety Read the label before use. Wear gloves when handling uncured material. Provide ventilation in enclosed areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If sensitivity occurs, stop use and seek advice. Do not ingest. First aid directions and detailed handling information are available on the package and the safety data sheet. Frequently asked questions Can I bond dissimilar materials? Yes, provided each surface is clean and sound. Differences in expansion are managed by the adhesive film thickness and the inherent flexibility after cure. Is clamping required? Light clamping improves alignment and final strength. Excessive pressure can starve the joint of adhesive which reduces performance. Is the bond water resistant? Once cured the bond resists splash water and routine humidity. For permanent immersion choose an adhesive designed for underwater service and follow the manufacturer guidance. Planning your job Measure twice and cut once. Dry assemble parts so you can confirm squareness and alignment before adhesive is involved. Keep rags, clamps, and spacers ready. If you are new to the product, test on offcuts to get a feel for bead size and squeeze out. A consistent 1 to 2 mm bond line is a good starting point for most rigid materials. Thicker lines help when surfaces are uneven. Avoid starving the joint by pressing too hard without giving the adhesive a place to reside. Responsible use Choose an adhesive that suits the materials and the environment the finished piece will face. If a joint will be submerged, carry structural loads, or be exposed to strong chemicals, check the technical data sheet for specific guidance. Many general purpose products are perfect for day to day work, while specialised tasks call for a system designed and tested for that environment. Using the right product first saves time, money, and rework. Aftercare and maintenance Adhesive joints are remarkably strong when used correctly. Design repairs so that routine loads are shared across a generous area. Where heavy vibration is present, pair the adhesive bond with appropriate mechanical fasteners. Keep cleaning chemicals mild, and avoid abrasive pads on visible joints. If a bond will be repainted, choose flexible paint where movement is expected, and keep edges sealed to prevent dirt tracking along the bond line. Recycling and disposal Allow empty containers to cure before disposal. Check local council guidance for recycling of plastics and metal cartridges. Never pour uncured product into drains or soil. Wipe tools on scrap material and let residue harden before placing in general waste. Smart handling keeps the workspace clean and reduces environmental impact.

Sikaflex 258 Primerless Glass Adhesive 310 mL is a reliable polyurethane glass adhesive designed for primerless bonding to suitable automotive glass chosen for home repairs, trade work, and craft builds when you want a bond you can trust. Designed for Australian conditions, it balances strength, ease of use, and clean application so you can get professional results without special tools. The 310 mL pack is ideal for general work and keeps neatly in a toolbox or caddy. Why choose Sikaflex 258 for your next project Everyday jobs often involve mixed materials and imperfect surfaces. Sikaflex 258 Primerless Glass Adhesive 310 mL has been formulated to wet out well, grab quickly, and cure to a tough finish that resists movement and contact stress. It maintains bond integrity across common temperature swings and has dependable resistance to moisture and most household chemicals. Whether you are fixing, building, sealing, or assembling, this product gives you confidence from first squeeze through final set. Best for Bonding glass where a primerless system is specified Automotive and transport glazing carried out by trained users Suitable surfaces The adhesive works well on the following surface types when properly prepared: Compatible glass substrates Painted frames and prepared bodywork per Sika guidance Surface preparation Good preparation is the key to a long lasting repair. Bring surfaces together within the stated open time of observe skin time and install components within this window. Cure profile Moisture cure technology forms a strong, elastic bond. Skin forms first, followed by through cure depending on joint depth and humidity. Temperature and environmental performance Do not apply below the minimum stated on pack. Maintain adequate humidity for moisture cure. Clean up and finishing Remove fresh adhesive with suitable cleaner. Once cured, trim with a sharp blade using care. Storage and shelf life Store cartridges cool and dry. Check use by dates before installation in critical work. Overview LOCTITE Super Glue All Plastics is a rapid dual-action adhesive kit featuring a precision super glue and a surface activator pen. Engineered to bond difficult plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PTFE, it forms clear, resilient bonds in seconds and resists water, most household chemicals and freezing temperatures. Ideal for repairs on toys, cameras, small automotive parts, wiper blades, rubber seals, figurines and other plastic components. Advanced bonding system: activator primes the surface; glue delivers high strength. Fuses hard-to-bond plastics: effective on PE, PP, PTFE and more. Fast & clear: sets in seconds, dries transparent for nearly invisible repairs. Durable: water-resistant and suitable for cold conditions. Surface Preparation Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and close-fitting. Remove grease, oil, dust or loose particles. For best adhesion on very smooth plastics, lightly roughen with fine-grade sandpaper and wipe clean. Avoid use on soft foams, expanded polystyrene or highly porous materials. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area if unsure about compatibility. Application Instructions Prime with activator: Apply one or two thin coats to both bonding surfaces, ensuring full coverage. Re-cap the activator pen immediately. Allow to dry/react for 1–2 minutes. Apply adhesive: Place a minimal drop of glue on one surface only. Bring parts together immediately and hold firm pressure for at least 1 minute. Avoid shifting once contact is made. Cure: Leave undisturbed for 10 minutes. Full bond strength develops after 12–24 hours at room temperature. Coverage & Performance Only a thin film is required—one drop bonds most small mating areas. Initial handling strength is typically achieved within 5–30 seconds depending on substrates and conditions. Drying & Setting Time Initial set: 5–30 seconds* Handling time: ~1 minute Full cure: 12–24 hours Recommended conditions: 15–30 °C and ≥30% relative humidity *Setting and cure times vary with substrate, joint fit, temperature and humidity. Clean-Up & Storage Wipe nozzle to remove excess adhesive and replace caps immediately after use. Store upright in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate. Shelf life (unopened and properly stored): up to 18 months. Limitations Not recommended for glass, very flexible materials, soft foams or highly porous substrates. Not suitable for continuous water immersion or high-heat applications. For indoor use or dry environments; test before critical repairs. Safety & Handling Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Avoid contact. Use in a well-ventilated area; consider gloves and eye protection. If skin is bonded, do not pull apart—soak in warm, soapy water and gently roll/separate. Acetone may assist on non-sensitive skin; avoid on plastics. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water and seek medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Technical Data Product Type Two-part system: Activator + Cyanoacrylate Adhesive Substrates PE, PP, PTFE, many rigid plastics, rubber, selected metals Appearance Clear (dries transparent) Packaging Size 2 g adhesive + 4 ml activator Initial Set 5–30 seconds (substrate dependent) Full Cure 12–24 hours at ambient conditions Temperature Range Approx. −50 °C to +80 °C (typical for cured cyanoacrylates) Cleanup Mechanical removal once cured; avoid solvents on sensitive plastics What’s Included LOCTITE Super Glue (2 g) Surface Activator Pen (4 ml) Always follow on-pack directions. PROPERTIES Extra strong Fast but temporarily adjustable Does not drip Ideal for porous materials and vertical surfaces Dishwasher proof and water resistant APPLICATION SUITABLE FOR: Ideal for small-area bonds. Glues almost all solid and flexible materials like ceramics, leather, rubber, many plastics (such as rigid PVC, ABS, PS, Plexiglas®, polycarbonate (Makrolon®), and phenolic resins (Bakelite®)), porcelain, metal, wood, cork, felt, and cloth (check suitability first). Only partly suitable for glass (over a certain period of time the bond becomes brittle, causing it to weaken). Ideal for porous materials. NOT SUITABLE FOR: Not suitable for PE, PP, silicone resins, PTFE, Styrofoam®, fabrics and leather clothing. BEFORE USE: Working conditions Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. The glue responds best to an air humidity level of 50-70 %. Surface requirements Surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease, and must fit exactly. Preliminary surface treatment Any dust, oil, grease, wax or separating agent should be thoroughly removed from the surfaces to be stuck together. The best way to achieve this is to rub the parts a number of times with appropriate solvents, such as acetone (if suitable for the material – check first!). For metals and metal alloys it is usually sufficient to roughen the surface using emery paper or by grinding or brushing. DURING USE: Directions for use 1. To pierce the membrane, turn the cap clockwise firmly onto the tube. Tip: do not press the tube while piercing. 2. Unscrew the cap to reveal the applicator. Apply the adhesive directly from the tube, using the nozzle, as thinly as possible onto one side (too much glue slows down the curing process significantly). Press parts together immediately. After use, clean nozzle with a dry tissue and replace cap. Advice When glueing at low humidity, curing time can be shortened by briefly breathing onto one of the parts to be assembled. The best glueing results are reached at room temperature. Points of attention Contains cyanoacrylate. Bonds skin and eyelids together in seconds. If product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin, glue can be dissolved by soaking in warm soapy water. Then apply a skin cream. May cause respiratory irritation. Avoid breathing vapours. Keep out of the reach of children. AFTER USE: Stains/residue Wipe off excess glue immediately with a dry cloth. After curing, glue residue is very difficult to remove. Acetone will dissolve glue but very slowly (check suitability first). Storage conditions Store in a dry, cool, frost-free place. Storage below +5 °C (in refrigerator) ensures maximum shelf life.

It is water resistant, dries crystal clear, and cures after 10 minutes following direct UV exposure Works best on Glass to Ceramic Glass to Glass Glass to Metal Glass to Plastic Properties -Initial colour: Clear -Set Time: 2-5 seconds in sunlight or 150mw/cm2, 200 watt/in UV bulb @ 240-400nm or 100mw/cm2, 150 watt Halogen bulb @ 400+ nm. -Final colour: Clear -Handling Time: 10 minutes -Full Strength: 24 hours -Operating Temperature Range: -400 to 1500F (-400 to 660C)   Use Instructions: Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct skin contact. 1. Surfaces should be clean, dry and close fitting. Glass Adhesive will fill small gaps. 2. Wipe surfaces with nail polish remover (acetone) or rubbing alcohol (isopropanol). Allow drying at least 20 minutes. 3. Uncap the syringe. The adhesive must be shielded from UV light during application to avoid premature curing. Use adhesive sparingly, using enough to just cover one surface to be bonded. 4. Bond strength continues to develop over 24 hours. 6. Excess cured adhesive can be removed with a blade. 7. After use, wipe syringe tip and recap. Store upright. Cure MechanismSikaflex®-227 cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture. At low temperatures, the water content of the air is generally lower and the curing reaction proceeds somewhat slower Chemical ResistanceSikaflex®-227 is resistant to fresh water, aqueous cleaning solutions; temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils; not resistant to organic and mineral acids, alcohol, and caustic solutions or solvents. The above information is offered for general guidance only. Method of ApplicationSurface preparationSurfaces must be clean, dry and free from all traces of grease, oil and dust. As a rule, the substrates must be prepared in accordance with the instructions given in the current Sika Pre-Treatment Chart. ApplicationCartridges: Cut tip to joint size.Puncture airtight seal. Install with hand or power operated gun.Unipacks: Place unipack in the application gun and snip off the closure clip. Cut off the tip of the nozzle to suit joint width and gun the sealant into the joint with a suitable compressed air or hand operated gun, taking care to avoid air entrapment. Once opened, packs should be used up within a relatively short space of time. Do not apply at temperatures below 40°F (5°C) or above 100°F (38°C). The optimum temperature for substrate and sealant is between 60°F (15°C) and 77°F (25°C). For advice on selecting and setting up a suitable pump system, please contact the System Engineering Department. Tooling and finishingTooling and finishing must be carried out within the tack-free time of the sealant. Finishing agents or lubricants must be tested for suitability/ compatibility. RemovalUncured Sikaflex®-227 can be removed from tools and equipment with Sika® Remover-208 or another suitable solvent. Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically. Strictly follow the solvent manufacturer's instructions for use and warnings.Hands and exposed skin should be washed immediately using a suitable industrial hand cleaner and water. Do not use solvents on the skin! OverpaintingSikaflex®-227 can be overpainted when tack-free. The paint and paint process must be tested for compatibility by carrying out preliminary trials. Sikaflex®-227 should not be exposed to baking temperatures until it has attained a full cure. It should be understood that the hardness and film thickness of the paint may impair the elasticity of the sealant and lead to cracking of the paint film with time.
