For repair: To repair vinyl, rubber or fabric tears, apply Fix-All with a spatula behind, through and above the tear. Hold sides together using a strong piece of tape across the tear to hold it tightly. Remove tape after 3 hours. Remove excess with a rubber eraser. Note: when thick layers are required it is better to apply a number of thin coats. Allow curing for 3 hours before handling. Full cure in 24 hours. Notes: Solvents may evaporate from bottle or tube if left open for prolonged periods. Not recommended for Teflon, Polyethylene or Polypropylene bonding. Avoid constant submergence in water and exposure to extremely high temperatures after cure. Storage: Store in a cool area away from sunlight or heat. Wood Timber How to use this product Rebates and grooves should be rigid, free from distortion, true and square, and should be clean, dry and unobstructed before glazing. Rebates and grooves should be of a size which allows adequate edge cover and putty volume. Minimum bed putty – 2mm, minimum front putty – 4mm where timber beads are used, and 2mm bed putty and 12mm front putty where no glazing beads are used. Depth of rebate: 10mm for 3-4mm glass, 15mm for 5-8mm glass. Two coats of good quality house paint should be applied not less than 2 weeks and not more than 4 weeks after completion of glazing. Paint should be carried out 2mm above the top line of the putty. Handy tips Do not use kerosene, turps or other material to aid in working the putty Allow putty to skin before applying paint Product can be applied by hand or with a putty knife. For best results roughen bond area prior to cleaning. Cut off required amount. Replace disc on the remaining portion. Wear gloves to avoid messing hands. To mix, knead with fingers to a uniform colour. If mixing is difficult, warm to room temperature. Apply to surface to be repaired (within 12 minutes of mixing) and work the material forcefully into the surface applying pressure until adhesion begins to take effect. Mould to shape if required. If material sticks to fingers, use the plastic wrapper to press the material in place. For a smooth appearance, remove excess and hand rub with water or damp cloth before hardening begins. Trim away any excess before initial hardening. Remove any residues with acetone prior to initial hardening. Hardened excess may be sanded or trimmed away once fully cured. After 20-30 minutes Knead-It Aqua will harden and begin to form a strong bond. Allow for longer cure times at lower temperatures. After 60 minutes Knead-It Aqua may be drilled, sanded, machined, filed, sawed or painted. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use. Handy tips Ensure the putty and hardener are mixed properly. Knead-It will become warm as it is mixed, A good indication its mixed properly is when you have a uniform colour and feel a mild heat radiating from the knead-it. To help determine when your knead it has set, keep a small piece off to check- when it is hard, it indicates your job is done. For best results, use Knead-It Multi-Purpose for applications in contact with drinking water. Use Knead-It Steel for applications on metal or fuel contact Store in a cool place for maximum shelf life For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup. Safety tips Where possible wear protective gloves when using Knead-It Aqua. Contact with skin may result in irritation. Epoxy resin is a known skin sensitiser. Repeated or prolonged skin contact may lead to allergic contact dermatitis. If redness or swelling of skin occurs, wash thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if in any doubt. Mixed and cured material is not hazardous. Cured material can only be removed by cutting and abrasion. If cured on skin, it will peel off in a few days without assistance. Soaking in warm water will assist removal. Storage and re-use Replace siliver disc to seal ends and keep in a cool dry place.

Selleys Seal Fix cures to a tough durable silicone rubber, and is ideal for repairing or replacing worn our seals in domestic ovens, fridges and freezer doors, as well as automotive and appliance gaskets. Seal fix is resistant to chemicals, oil, water, detergent etc. It is safe for incidental contact with food. Squeeze the bead of sealant onto one of the surfaces to be joined, around the perimeter of the part and around bolt holes. -Join parts together within 10 minutes and bolt down to the desired torque. If a thicker gasket is required assemble but do not tighten bolts for 24 hours. Material cures in 24 hours. (When disassembly is required, pry two flanges apart and remove old sealant before reassembly.) Clean Up -Uncured product may be removed with mineral turpentine. Cured product can be removed with Selleys Silicone Remover or by mechanical action. Handy tips -When eliminating cork gaskets, ensure that adequate clearance remains for mechanical parts e.g. valve rocker covers (do not fully tighten until sealant has cured) Limitations *Not for copper brass or galvanised metal surfaces **Not suitable for continuous exposure to temperatures above 205°C or intermittent (more than 2 hours) expose to temperatures above 260°C Not for exhaust manifold or for contact with gasoline or distillate Safety tips -Avoid contact with skin and eyes and breathing vapour -On contact, the uncured sealant can irritate eyes.
