Install with hand or power operated gun.Unipacks: Place unipack in the application gun and snip off the closure clip. Cut off the tip of the nozzle to suit joint width and gun the sealant into the joint with a suitable compressed air or hand operated gun, taking care to avoid air entrapment. Once opened, packs should be used up within a relatively short space of time. Do not apply at temperatures below 40°F (5°C) or above 100°F (38°C). Uses SikaBond®  -TechGrip can be used on most substrates due to its excellent adhesion. Wipe excess away with a cloth to limit sanding after cure. Allow 24 hours for full cure. As glue will foam a little while curing, wipe off excess with a cloth to limit sanding and painting. Slightly dampen dry timber surfaces to improve bond and accelerate cure.     A premium grade high strength construction adhesive that delivers a consistently strong bond on mirror, metal and glass material. Uses Ideal for adhering mirrors to walls, metal letterboxes to exterior walls, house numbers to exterior walls, bathroom fixtures to tiles, tool holders on metal shed walls etc. Liquid Nails Mirror, Metal, Glass is also suitable for use on BHP decorative sheet metals such as Lysaght, Zincalume, Colorbond®, Marviplate®, galvanised metals, Alcan and Comalco aluminium systems. Technical Features Will not discolour mirrors Heat and steam resistance Adheres metal, glass and mirror well to most surfaces including painted surfaces but not wall coverings Adheres and forms a durable seal between sheet metals Gap filling on uneven surfaces Forms flexible/shock resistant bonds UV resistant Low odour during application Non corrosive Weather resistant Application Tips All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dirt dust, oil and loose rust. Clean surfaces with mineral turpentine and wipe dry with a clean rag before applying. Painted surfaces should not be flaky or peeling. Cut tip off cartridge and cut nozzle to suitable size opening (approximately 5mm). Fit nozzle to cartridge. Place cartridge into caulking gun. Support bond until adhesive cures sufficiently (at least 48 hours adhesive cures at 2mm depth per day). APPLICATION FOR MIRRORS For mirrors up to 6mm thick, apply strips of adhesive 5cm from edges and approx 8cm apart When mirror is pressed onto the wall, strips of adhesive must not spread into, or touch one another. A gap must remain between them. Immediately after applying adhesive, place mirror against wall before adhesive skins (within 5 minutes) The weight must be supported and mirror must be held in place with temporary supports (e.g. with clips or tape) to hold and maintain adhesive contact over the total bond area until sufficient adhesive strength has developed. Normally after 72 hours. Do not seal around the edges of the mirror for at least a week to allow air circulation and aid the adhesive fully cure Mirrors should not be fixed directly to unpainted plaster, timber, concrete or brick walls. These surfaces should be painted to prevent potential damage to mirror. Painted surfaces should not be flaking or peeling. Not recommended for fixing vinyl back mirrors If in doubt, conduct an adhesion test by curing a little adhesive onto mirror backing for 24 hours. If adhesive can be peeled off, do not proceed. GENERAL APPLICATION Apply as for mirrors and press surfaces together immediately Leave ‘squeeze out ‘ to cure and trim (avoid cutting into the bond) Support bond until adhesive cures sufficiently (normally after 72hrs). AS A SEALANT: Extrude sealant into the joint ensuring full contact with the sides of joint. Avoid entrapment of air. Smooth sealant with spatula forcing it into the joint. For best performance, install joint backing rod (polyethylene or polyurethane foam rod) in the joint to control depth and ensure joint movement. Suitable for +/- 25% joint movement. Complies with ISO11600/F/25HM. Ideal for small repair jobs or when immediate results are required Supa Glue will bond non-porous surfaces Supa Glue is water resistant not water proof, so do not use in areas continually exposed to moisture as it will weaken the bond. Supa Glue is generally not flexible and has low impact resistance. ie will probably shatter if dropped. For these applications use SELLEYS Quick Fix Shock Proof or SELLEYS Urethane Bond. Supa Glue’s bond strength is excellent where surfaces to be bonded are a good close fit. Where gap filling is required use SELLEYS URETHANE BOND or ARALDITE or for very minor gap filling you can use SELLEYS Quick Fix Gel. Supa Glue is not recommended for use on paper. Rubber Some plastics Wood Metals How to use this product The seal at the end of the metal tube should be pierced carefully with the reverse end of the cap. Ensure that the tube is not squeezed while the seal is being pierced. Replace plastic nozzle. Surfaces to be bonded should fit exactly and should be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt and grease. Apply a drop of Supa Glue to only one of the surfaces to be joined. Use sparingly. Do NOT spread. (Note: One drop covers an area 25mm x 25mm)KEEP FINGERS AWAY FROM EXCESS ADHESIVE SO THEY WILL NOT STICK TOGETHER. Quickly align both surfaces and apply slight pressure to ensure effective spreading and bond. Should you fail to align the surfaces correctly, do not attempt to re-align them and bond together again. Keep apart and completely clean the surfaces (with acetone or nail polish remover). When dry, re-apply adhesive, re-align and bond again. (Please Note: NOT ALL Nail Polish Removers are ACETONE.) Although the adhesive will grab after several minutes to provide sufficient bond strength for practical use, maximum bond strength is achieved after 12 hours. Wipe tip of tube and replace cap. Handy tips Once open, Supa Glue has a limited shelf life (i.e. up to 1 year provided the tip is wiped clean and the cap replaced securely after each use). Supa Glue vapour can produce a whitening effect in enclosed spaces. To avoid this use in well ventilated areas. The whitening effect can be removed by wiping with acetone (first check that the acetone will not damage the surface). To remove from materials, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water). Note: This method should only be used for substrates NOT adversely affected by exposure to solvents. Check a small area before use. Storing in a refrigerator can reduce the risk of hardening in the tube. Also leaving a pin stuck in the (cleaned) nozzle during storage can reduce the risk of the nozzle becoming clogged with cured adhesive which is difficult to clear. One drop covers an area 25mm x 25mm Supa glues cure more slowly when large amounts are used. For faster cure use sparingly. The surface must be free from dust, loose particles, and soap residue. If required, clean with turps. Porous surfaces must be dry. Cut cartridge, fit nozzle, and cut to size. Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking gun. Apply with a caulking gun, forcing product into the gap. Press into cracks or surface by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle. Smooth sealant surface immediately with tool dipped in turps. Limitations: May damage some plastics e.g. polystyrene and polycarbonate. Not for permanent water immersion e.g fish tanks Not suitable for use over silicones Not suitable for polystyrene foam  *Wet Surfaces: Can be applied to clean, wet non-porous surfaces e.g. metals, glass, glazed tiles – not wet porous surfaces e.g. concrete, timber. Remove as much water as possible, preferably with acetone. Keep nozzle close to surface so sealant contacts surface immediately. Flatten immediately into joints. Adhesion improves on drying.     Silicone 401 RTV is a one part ready to use, acid cure, room temperature vulcanising (RTV), silicone adhesive sealant. It cures rapidly on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a versatile, durable, resilient silicone rubber. It is available in clear. Uses Silicone 401 is suitable for form-in-place gaskets and for adhesive, sealing and electrical insulating applications in manufacturing and plant maintenance. If adhesion of gasket is not required wipe mating surfaces with an oily cloth. -Pierce seal in the tube, fit nozzle and cut to size. Squeeze the bead of sealant onto one of the surfaces to be joined, around the perimeter of the part and around bolt holes. -Join parts together within 10 minutes and bolt down to the desired torque. If a thicker gasket is required assemble but do not tighten bolts for 24 hours. Material cures in 24 hours. (When disassembly is required, pry two flanges apart and remove old sealant before reassembly.) Clean Up -Uncured product may be removed with mineral turpentine. Cured product can be removed with Selleys Silicone Remover or by mechanical action. Surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of dust. Refer to handy hints for cleaning tips. Pierce seal at end of the tube by attaching nozzle and cap and turning clockwise. Remove cap and apply a small amount of glue to one surface. Bring surfaces together and apply slight pressure. Allow 12 hours for sufficient bond strength for practical use. Handy tips Supa Glue can create a white residue on the surface of materials if the area is not well ventilated. Clean the affected area with acetone to remove (most nail polish removers) residue. Excellent when used with other adhesives, as the temporary tack. For best results, ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, free of dust, dry and close fitting. After use, wipe excess product from the nozzle with a tissue dipped in nail polish remover. For best performance from this product after opening, store in the refrigerator or in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In the event that fingers get stuck together – don’t panic! Slowly twist fingers in the opposite direction in hot soapy water. Acetone (most nail polish removers) or Olive oil can also be used to remove Quick Fix from the skin. While supa glue is not recommended for use on some plastics, if your kids have broken their favourite toy, try this method: Line up the two pieces, glue it, leave it for 24 hours to dry, then drop more glue on the break area like a ‘collar’/protective layer. Since Quick Fix cures with moisture set times may be extended on very dry surfaces or under dry conditions. Supa glues cure more slowly when large amounts are used. For faster cure use sparingly. For cleaning surfaces prior to application of adhesive, if the surface is porous, we would recommend using SELLEYS Liquid Sugar Soap. If the surface is non-porous eg glass or metal, firstly clean the surface with mineral turpentine and then again with methylated spirits. If there is old, difficult to remove residue such as old paint, we recommend using paint stripper such as SELLEYS Kwik Strip Smart. Ensure the surface is dry before applying the product. Keep a canister of SELLEYS Sugar Soap Wipes nearby for a quick and effective cleanup. To remove excess from materials, it is recommended that the material be soaked in a solution of acetone and water (i.e. 3 parts acetone to 1 part water). Where soaking is not possible, try placing a piece of absorbant material (eg cotton wool) soaked in acetone on the excess for 5 to 10 minutes, topping up the acetone if it evaporates. Gently rub the surface with the material to remove the residues. TEST THE SURFACE IN AN INCONSPICUOUS SPOT to ensure it is unaffected by acetone before attempting removal using this method. Do not squeeze tube before removing the cap. Handle tube by plastic nozzle neck when opening and closing cap. This prevents pressurizing tube which may force material into the cap, preventing a tight seal after use. Safety tips Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Avoid breathing vapour. Quick Fix is non-hazardous once cured. Where Quick Fix residues are on the skin, it is recommended that the skin is soaked in warm to hot water to allow easy removal. It is not advisable to try to remove the cured adhesive by pulling and scraping the skin as this will only serve to damage the skin. Alternatively, rub in hand cream or vegetable oil to accelerate the natural process of the skin sloughing off to remove the residue. Where immediate adhesive removal is considered necessary to apply a solvent such as acetone (nail polish remover) then wash off with soapy water. Apply hand cream to replace naturals oils in the skin. Do not use near eyes or open wounds. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Storage and re-use After use, wipe excess product from nozzle with a tissue dipped in acetone (found in some nail polish removers). After 24 hours, typical shear strength on steel is 3000 PSI. 9. Cure time will be slower in colder weather. For Cleanup 1. Cleanup must be completed before curing is complete. In hot conditions, above 95°F (35°C), PC-11® will cure rapidly reducing the working or application time. Can gel coat be applied to PC-11®? Gel coat will not cure properly in direct contact with PC-11®. It is important that repairs made with PC-11® be sealed with a suitable primer/sealer before applying a gel coat. Can PC-11® be painted? Yes. It is good practice to apply a premium stain sealing primer to repairs made with PC-11® prior to the finish coat. Will PC-11® yellow in direct sunlight? Yes, PC-11® yellows in direct sunlight. PC-11® resists ultraviolet light but will still gradually change colour. Prime and paint if the colour is important. Can PC-11® be thinned with solvent? PC-11® does not contain solvents. Acetone and denatured alcohol (ethanol) are compatible but will extend the cure time and decrease the hardness. Other solvents such as mineral spirits, paint thinner and turpentine are not compatible. PC-11® is a simple one to one mix, but how accurately does the measurement need to be? The volume of part A to part B should be close to equal. A slight excess of part A is preferable to an excess of part B. Excess of part B will not accelerate the curing and it may make it softer.

    Imagine a liquid epoxy that is clear – A liquid epoxy with strength rivalling that of heavy duty paste epoxies – A liquid epoxy that has flexibility and is shatter resistant – A work time of 4 minutes and 1 hour cure time. Imagine NO LONGER! PC-Clear ™ Epoxy is a medium viscosity liquid epoxy system with greater clarity than other epoxies. This product is excellent for repairs and projects that must be less visible such as art objects or collectibles. PC-Clear™ epoxy is fast curing but allows ample time to apply and position the repair. After curing the epoxy does not become brittle, instead cured PC- Clear™ forms a tough resilient bond. PC-Clear™ can be used on more than just cosmetically critical repairs and in addition, it can be used for automotive, construction and facility repairs. Use PC-Clear™ when you are concerned about the appearance of your repair and a liquid epoxy is what you are looking for. Work time is about 4 minutes and cures in 1 hour. Here are just a few specific uses (there are hundreds of other uses): Fasten galvanized steel to a concrete floor. Bond sheet metal to wood or masonry. Seal and insulate electrical connections and electronic boards. Protect electronic components from vibration and moisture. Repair porcelain or sculptures. Reattach multiple broken pieces in a vase. How to prepare a surface for bonding with PC-Clear™ Epoxy Remove contaminants such as dust, dirt, oil and grime with a solvent such as Denatured Alcohol (ethanol), Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner. A mild detergent solution in water is also good for removing contaminants. Use a clean paper towel or rag for wiping. Do not use Mineral Spirits or Paint Thinner for removing contaminants. Remove rust and loose paint with sandpaper or wire brush. Epoxy typically sticks to most paints. If there is a concern of the paint’s adhesion then remove it with sandpaper, wire brush or paint stripper. Smooth, glossy and shiny surfaces should be roughened using sandpaper to increase adhesion. How to clean-up after PC-Clear™ Epoxy application Clean up mixed epoxy before it cures with paper towels and solvent. Denatured Alcohol (ethanol), Acetone, Rubbing Alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) or Lacquer Thinner are suitable solvents for removing uncured epoxy. Cured epoxy can be removed with paint stripper or remover. FAQ Is PC-Clear™ Epoxy different from other clear epoxies? Some epoxies claim to be clear but they have a strong yellow tint that develops after it cures. PC-Clear™ Epoxy has a very slight hint of yellow that does not increase after curing. PC-Clear™ Epoxy is slightly flexible and more resilient than other liquid epoxies. How does outdoor exposure affect cured PC-Clear™? Ultraviolet light will cause cured PC-Clear’s™ appearance to change and may cause yellowing. What is the best way to mix PC-Clear™? How you mix PC-Clear™ Epoxy will affect the length of working time. Flat surface mixing spreads the epoxy over an area minimizing the exotherm’s effect on the curing reaction and maximizing the length of work life. Mixing in a container concentrates the exotherm contributing to an increased rate of reaction and decreasing the work life. Why does PC-Clear™ Epoxy have a strong odor? The epoxy resin is nearly odorless. The hardener is the smelly part. It has an odor described as smelling like sewer gas or hair treatments. This odor comes from the polymercaptan but goes away upon curing. Does PC-Clear™ Epoxy self-level? PC-Clear Epoxy™ is a liquid and is self-levelling. How many feet of does the PC-Superepoxy® 50 ml cartridge nozzle dispense? PC-Superepoxy® can dispense approximately 20 feet of 1/8 inch bead. Can PC-Clear™ Epoxy be colored or tinted?
