Apply a bond-breaker tape, or backing rod to the base of the joint to prevent 3-sided adhesion. To keep the work clean, apply masking tape to the top edge of the joint on each face. Cut the nozzle to the required width and gun sealant into the joint. Avoid voids or air entrapment in the joint when applying. Before the sealant has skinned, tool off with an appropriate spatula to give a smooth finish. Remove the masking tape and clean up immediately.

Pacer Technology Super Glue Red Threadlocker (15191) is a high strength premium grade product used to permanently lock or seal metal threaded components or for metal fasteners up to 1” in diameter. Also prevents loosening due to high vibration. Appearance – red liquid with mild odour. Use Instructions: For best results, parts should be clean and dry. Apply a bead around the part to be bonded & assemble with a twisting motion to spread adhesive. Allow curing 24 hours for maximum strength. Fix-All Adhesive is a great all-purpose solvent glue and sealer. It seals and repairs almost any surface easily and quickly. A great product for gluing wood, fabric, brick, canvas, and concrete. Also repairs tears and helps fill cracks and holes. Hold sides together using a strong piece of tape across the tear to hold it tightly. Remove tape after 3 hours. Remove excess with a rubber eraser. Note: when thick layers are required it is better to apply a number of thin coats. Allow curing for 3 hours before handling. Full cure in 24 hours. Notes: Solvents may evaporate from bottle or tube if left open for prolonged periods. Not recommended for Teflon, Polyethylene or Polypropylene bonding. Avoid constant submergence in water and exposure to extremely high temperatures after cure. Storage: Store in a cool area away from sunlight or heat.
