NOTE: Not for fine joints between tongue and groove boards or weatherboard overlaps.
• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil, dust, grease, flaking paint and old sealant.
• Using caulking gun, push sealant ahead of nozzle forcing it onto the surface and into the joint. Ensure the sealant is touching both sides of the gap.
• Smooth with wet finger or knife and remove excess sealant immediately with a damp cloth.
• Allow sealant to skin approx 30 min before painting with water-based paints.
• Allow to set for 48 hours if using oil based paint or if joint is large.
• Some water-based undercoats and flat paints may crack on drying. Test a small section of sealant. Paint cracking may be reduced by using a vinyl/ acrylic semi glossed paint or oil based undercoats first, or by allowing the sealant to cure thoroughly before painting.
• Do not use outside if rain is imminent, not for contantly damp areas.
• Painting improves exterior durability.
• Use Poly silicone sealants for a watertight seal or where movement is excessive.

Q. How do I fill gaps between my wooden window frames and inside wall?
A. You're dealing with two different materials here, plaster and wood. To allow for differential movement between them, use Polyfilla Gap Filler, wiping off any excess with a damp cloth.
Q. I painted over the areas where I used Polyfilla Gap Filler and now cracks have appeared. Why has this happened?
A. If the gap filler was not cured sufficiently before it was painted over, cracks can occur as the gap filler shrinks. To prevent this, allow 48 hours drying time when you are filling large gaps or painting with oil-based paints. Also, some water based undercoats and paints shrink during drying and as Polyfilla Gap Filler is flexible, it won't stop cracks appearing in the shrinking paint on its surface. Test the paint on a small section of gap filler and if this is a problem you can reduce cracking by allowing the filler to cure thoroughly or by first coating it with a vinyl/acrylic semi-gloss or oil-based undercoat.
Q. Why does my gap filler keeps cracking?
A. It is important to remember that the width of a gap affects how much the product can move. Fine cracks less than 2mm allow the gap filler to move only very tiny amounts before it may crack again. It is best to ensure that you have at least 3mm worth of product so you can maximise the movement capability of your joint.

All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt, grease and oil. Best if used between 10°C and 32.2°C. Clear Grip® should only be used in a well ventilated area.
Apply adhesive to each surface to be bonded.
To maximize bond strength: Wait approximately two minutes for adhesive to partially dry before joining surfaces.
Press surfaces firmly together.
NOTE: Bond forms immediately and can be difficult to reposition.
Cure Time
Allow for a minimum of 24 hours for full cure. Cure time may increase with lower temperatures and when used on non-porous surfaces.
Storage Tips

Where to use it
Bonds and seals most building materials including concrete, brick, masonry, ceramic tile, metals, softwood, hardwood and some plastics. Suitable for indoor and outdoor sealing of expansion and construction joints, around window and door frames, and general weatherproofing.
How to use
Prepare joints so they are clean, dry and free from oil, dust and curing agents. Use a backing rod for deeper joints.
Cut the nozzle, load the sausage into a suitable gun and extrude the sealant, ensuring full contact with both joint sides and avoiding air entrapment.
Tool and smooth off with a spatula.
Once fully cured, paint if required using water-based paint. For solvent-based paints, undercoat with a water-based primer first.
Important notes
Applies and cures best at moderate temperatures (around 20°C), especially in cold weather.
Will not adhere to PE, PP or PTFE; test other plastics and rubber before use.
Not recommended for continuous submersion or below-water-line use.
Not ideal over old or incompatible sealants, which may affect cure.

This 100mm wide fabric roll is embedded into the wet membrane at every corner, joint and crack, the places where movement and stress are most likely to open up a leak. By carrying the membrane across these weak points, it helps guarantee proper film thickness in the critical zones and lets you apply the second waterproofing coat immediately over the reinforced areas.Where to use itUse it indoors in wet areas as an integral part of the Dunlop waterproofing system, together with Dunlop Undertile Waterproofing. Reinforce wall/floor junctions, wall/wall corners, sheet joints, cracks, shower hobs and hob/floor joints, over metal or PVC angles, and along 90-degree external edges such as balcony perimeters.How to useApply the first coat of membrane to the junction, press a length of mat into the wet membrane so it sits flat without air pockets, then coat over the top so the fabric is fully saturated. Loxeal 58-31 is a high-performance anaerobic gasketing adhesive that cures to an elastic, flexible film, replacing solid pre-formed gaskets on flange joints. It seals against gases, water, LPG, fuels, oils and a wide range of chemicals, resists shocks and vibration, and keeps sealing from -55°C right up to +180°C. Typical applications

How to use
Clean and degrease the flange faces (Loxeal Cleaner 10 recommended).
Apply enough product to fill the joint gap completely.
Assemble the parts and hold them in place while curing.
Use Loxeal Activator 11 for faster cure on passive metals or at low temperatures.
To dismantle, use normal tools (heat to +150°C/+250°C if necessary), remove cured residue mechanically and clean with acetone.

How to apply
Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired bead size and load into a standard caulking gun.
Gun a continuous bead into the corner or joint. Aim for a smooth cove fillet in the 5 to 12 mm range.
Tool the bead with a spatula or rounded tool to compact and shape it. Remove masking tape while the sealant is still wet.
Allow the bond breaker to skin before applying compatible waterproofing membranes over the area. Follow your membrane manufacturer’s recoat time.
Cure and finishing
Skin time is typically minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
Full cure occurs over 24 to 48 hours for standard beads. Thicker sections require longer.
After the membrane has cured, complete tiling and finish perimeter joints with a sanitary grade silicone.
Clean up
Wipe away excess immediately with a clean cloth.
Once cured, remove mechanically by trimming and peeling.

Directions Remove any dirt or moisture between the rubber and glass, or rubber and metal. Clean with mineral turpentine and allow to dry. Remove cap, unscrew nozzle, pierce inner seal, refit nozzle, then cut the tip at a 45 degree angle. Insert the nozzle between the rubber and glass or rubber and metal where possible. Squeeze the tube with steady pressure to push sealant into the joint. Smooth off with a gloved finger. If additional smoothing is needed, do it before the sealant skins. Clean up uncured sealant with mineral turpentine. Cured material must be cut or scraped away. Replace the cap after use. Allow sealant in the nozzle to cure, then remove before next use. Handy tips For neat lines, mask both sides of the joint and remove tape before the sealant skins. Best results occur when the joint is clean, dry and free of loose material. How to use this product
Thoroughly clean and dry the surface from oil, dirt, and grease with Mineral Turpentine first and then Methylated Spirits. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone. If there is old silicone that needs to be removed, we recommend using SELLEYS SILICONE REMOVER. This ingenious product makes removing old silicone easy.
We also recommend sanding the surface back with a good quality sanding block, such as a ROTA COTA Sanding Block Medium/Course Grain, as the silicone will adhere more readily to a scratched-up surface.
Ensure you tape both sides of the gap before applying the product. This ensures a neat finish and makes it easier to clean up.
Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Fit the nozzle to the top of the cartridge.
Insert the cartridge into a caulking gun such as the SELLEYS LIGHT SPEED Caulking Gun. We recommend this caulking gun, as its new innovative pressure release design reduces the mess from run-on and stress on your hands, which is critical if you are doing a lot of sealing.
Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun, and extrude the silicone sealant. Move in a pushing motion along the joint in one smooth action.
For a smooth finish, smooth with a finger dipped in mineral turpentine or, for a professional finish, use a paint scraper such as a 50mm ROTA COTA Soft Grip Scraper dipped in mineral turpentine.
Excess sealant must be cleaned up before it skins in 5-10 minutes. Wipe excess away with a cloth dampened in mineral turpentine or use a SELLEYS Hand Kleen Wipe.
Remove tape before the sealant skins. Clean tools immediately with mineral turpentine.
Avoid smearing on surrounding surfaces.
The sealant will cure fully in 72 hours. At this point, any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid undercutting the seal.
Handy Tips

When first applying, extrude a small amount onto a piece of scrap material to ensure a smooth continuous flow of silicone sealant.
Remove the tape before the silicone sealant skins.

Safety Tips
Uncured product may irritate eyes. If in eyes, flood the eyes for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice.

Avoid breathing in vapours.
Ensure you use a well-ventilated area as the product releases methyl ethyl ketoxime while curing.

Storage and Re-Use
Store in cool dry conditions, below 30°C.
The sealant should be used within 6 months after opening.
After use, keep the nozzle on the cartridge. Silicone is a reactive product and cures once exposed to humidity.
For longer storage periods, leave the nozzle on and place plasticene or Blu Tack over the end of the nozzle. Tightly tape a piece of aluminium foil over the whole nozzle to exclude any air.
When re-using, simply remove the foil and plug from the old nozzle, pull out the excess silicone, and re-pierce the tip of the cartridge.
If cure has occurred inside the cartridge, the product is no longer usable and should be discarded.
