    Dunlop Dunlop Builder's Bond 254ml

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Builder's Bond is a high strength, multipurpose, rapid-cure epoxy bonding and repair system that joins almost any building material to almost any other. Dispensed through a self-mixing nozzle from a convenient 254ml dual cartridge, its non-sag formula holds firm on walls and even overhead, and cures stronger than concrete in about 2 hours.Where to use itSuitable for indoor and outdoor use across floor, wall and overhead repairs. Typical jobs include bonding concrete, masonry, stone, metal and timber components, rebuilding broken edges and corners, anchoring fixtures, and general structural gap filling where a fast, very strong bond is required. How to useEnsure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease and loose material. Load the cartridge into an applicator gun, fit the self-mixing nozzle and dispense the evenly mixed epoxy directly onto the repair or bond line. Shape and tool it before it stiffens. Once cured, Builder's Bond can be shaped, sanded, drilled and painted, so repairs can be blended invisibly into the surrounding surface.Important notesNew concrete must be fully cured - a minimum of 28 days old - before bonding. The non-sag consistency suits vertical and overhead work but is not a pourable grout. Start a fresh nozzle for each session, as mixed product hardens inside the nozzle.Specifications Size 254ml dual cartridge Coverage Depends on bead size and gap width Substrates Concrete, masonry, stone, metal, timber and most building materials Set time Stronger than concrete in 2 hours Finish Sandable, drillable and paintable once cured SafetyUncured epoxy resins and hardeners can cause skin irritation and sensitisation. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection, ventilate the work area, avoid skin contact and wash immediately if contact occurs. Keep cartridges sealed and out of reach of children.

    Dunlop Dunlop Multipurpose Primer 1L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Multipurpose Primer is a water-based primer engineered to strengthen the bond between a substrate and the Dunlop product applied over it. It is the go-to preparation step for flooring work, priming ahead of floor levellers, renders, tile adhesives and waterproofing membranes, and it performs equally well on new or old concrete, particleboard and compressed fibre-cement sheeting.Where to use itApproved for indoor and outdoor use on both walls and floors. Typical substrates include fibre-cement sheets, concrete, masonry and lightweight concrete blocks, particleboard, renders and screeds. Prime before levelling a slab, rendering a wall, waterproofing a bathroom or laying tiles. How to useSweep or vacuum the surface so it is clean, sound and free of dust, oil and curing compounds. Apply an even coat by brush or roller and allow it to dry clear before applying your leveller, render, adhesive or membrane. Because it is water-based, brushes and rollers wash out in water straight after use.Important notesVery porous substrates will drink in the first coat, so a second coat is required to build a proper film. The primer applies white and dries clear, making coverage easy to track. Coverage figures are a guide only and vary with surface condition.Specifications Size 1 litre Coverage Approx. 6m² per litre Substrates Fibre-cement, concrete, masonry, lightweight blocks, particleboard, renders, screeds Colour Applies white, dries clear SafetyKeep off skin and out of eyes, wear gloves, and ensure good ventilation while working. • Dunlop Primer & Additive 1L bottle

Dunlop Dunlop Primer & Additive 1L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Primer & Additive is a ready-to-use liquid primer that boosts the grip between your substrate and the Dunlop products that go on top of it. Whether you are about to level a floor, lay tiles or roll out a waterproofing membrane, a quick coat of this milky-white liquid seals porous surfaces and gives adhesives, levellers and membranes a far stronger key to bond to. It doubles as a grout additive, improving flexibility, adhesion, colour depth and resistance to abrasion and staining.Where to use itSuitable for both indoor and outdoor projects, on walls and floors. Use it over concrete, cement sheet, fibre-cement, plasterboard, sheeting and timber before applying Dunlop tile adhesives, floor preparation products or waterproofing membranes. How to useMake sure the surface is clean, dry and free of dust or contaminants. Apply undiluted before waterproofing, tiling and timber floor preparation; dilute it for priming wall board. On large floor areas a household broom works well to spread the primer and push it into the surface. Allow it to dry clear before continuing with your adhesive, leveller or membrane. Tools rinse out in water while the product is still wet.Important notesCoverage varies with the porosity of the substrate. The primer goes on white and dries clear, so you can easily see where you have already coated. Highly porous surfaces may need extra material.Specifications Size 1 litre bottle Coverage Approx. 4m² per litre undiluted; approx. 8m² per litre diluted Substrates Concrete, cement sheet, fibre-cement, plasterboard, timber Colour Applies white, dries clear SafetyWork in a ventilated area, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and keep out of reach of children. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Dunlop Ready-to-Go Tile & Grout 250g (White) is a clever 2-in-1 product that works as both a tile adhesive and a grout, straight from the tube. There is nothing to mix and very little mess, which makes it a go-to for small tiling jobs, mosaics and quick repairs or touch-ups around the home. Backed by Dunlop's 10 year guarantee. 2-in-1 ready-to-use tile adhesive and grout No mixing, no fuss, less mess Contains Grout Shield antifungal protection Ideal for mosaics, repairs and touch-ups Suitable for joint widths of 1-5 mm Indoor and outdoor wall use About the formula This white, pre-mixed paste bonds wall tiles and then fills the joints with the same material, so a single tube handles the whole repair. The built-in Grout Shield technology helps resist mould and bacteria, keeping finished joints looking cleaner for longer. Excess can simply be wiped away with a damp cloth while still fresh, and the resealable tube makes it easy to store for future touch-ups. Where to use it Indoors: wall tiles and mosaics in kitchens, splashbacks, laundries and living areas, plus general tile and grout repairs. Suitable over concrete, cement render, fibre-cement sheet, plasterboard and prepared painted surfaces. Outdoors: exterior wall tiles and mosaics. When grouting outdoors, protect the area from extremes of weather for 7 days while it cures. Tile types: ceramic, porcelain and marble wall tiles and mosaics (excluding moisture-sensitive stone). How to use it Prepare the surface so it is flat, firmly fixed, clean and dry, free of dust, oil, grease and loose material. Prime surfaces with Dunlop Primer & Additive and allow to dry. Spread the adhesive with a 4.5-6 mm notched trowel to a minimum 1 mm bed. Press and slide each tile into position for full contact, adjusting within 60 minutes (at 23°C, 50% humidity). Joints can be grouted immediately. Squeeze the material firmly into the joints and compact with a grout float or squeegee, scraping off excess from the tile face. After about 15 minutes, wipe back excess with a damp, small-pored sponge, rinsing often. Once the joint has hardened (approx. 6-24 hours), buff and polish the tiles with a clean, dry cloth. Important notes Not suitable for use in wet areas such as a shower recess, over Dunlop Waterproofing membrane, or in continuously immersed conditions. Do not use the grout in expansion or movement joints. For textured or matt tiles, test ease of cleaning on a spare tile first. Designed for wall tiles and mosaics rather than heavy floor tiling. Specifications Brand Dunlop Product Ready-to-Go Tile & Grout (2-in-1) Colour White Size 250 g Form Pre-mixed, ready-to-use paste Tile types Ceramic, porcelain, marble, mosaics (excl. moisture-sensitive stone) Surfaces Walls Location Indoor and outdoor Joint width 1-5 mm Clean up Water (while fresh) Guarantee 10 year (Ardex Australia) Safety Causes skin irritation and may cause an allergic skin reaction. It is the toughest of the Araldite range, designed to be tug and snap proof for fixes that need to stay put. About this adhesive Two-part system of resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) mixed in a 2:1 ratio. Bonds a wide range of surfaces with a strong, rigid, durable join. Sets in around 5 minutes and is touch-firm fast, with a low-odour formula. Made from 20% bio-based carbon. Working (usable) time of roughly 3-4 minutes at 20°C, so mix only what you can apply. What it bonds China, ceramic and porcelain Metal Glass Leather (pre-test for compatibility) Rubber (pre-test for compatibility) Wood and timber Most rigid plastics Where to use it Indoor: repairing crockery, ornaments and ceramics, refitting loose furniture joints, bonding metal, glass and timber components, and general household fixes. Outdoor: durable repairs on tools, garden and workshop items where a tough, weather-durable bond is required. Bond strength depends on substrate, bond size and surface preparation, and set times lengthen in colder weather. How to use it 1. Abrade, clean and dry both surfaces so they are free of dust, grease and loose oxides. 2. Snap the cap from the plunger and carefully cut the sealed tips at the end of the nozzle. 3. Apply even pressure to the plunger to dispense both liquids onto a clean disposable surface (2:1 ratio) and mix thoroughly with a spatula. 4. Apply the mixed glue to both surfaces, then bring them together. 5. Hold in place with tape or weights if needed and avoid undue strain on the joint for at least 60 minutes. Cures in 24 hours; maximise the bond area (minimum 2.25cm²) for best performance after full cure. Replace the cap on the nozzle for storage and clean up any uncured adhesive with acetone. Important notes Will not bond PTFE, polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. Bond will soften above 60°C but strength is restored once the temperature returns to normal. May discolour if exposed to UV. Full cure takes more than 72 hours. Not recommended where a clear, invisible bond is required, as the cured adhesive is grey. Endeavour Timber Deck Cleaner is the preparation step before oiling any deck, new or old. It is a triple-action, water-based cleaner from Prep Productions' Endeavour range that cleans away grime, grease, mould, algae and mildew, restores stained and dirty boards to sound timber, and rejuvenates grey, weathered decks so they brighten back towards their natural colour. On new boards it strips out natural tannins, helping your decking oil penetrate evenly and last longer. The 4 litre pack is sized for full decks and repeat seasonal cleans.Formula overviewA water-based solution whose two key actives work together: oxalic acid brightens the timber and lifts tannin staining, while benzalkonium chloride, a biocide, deals with mould, algae and mildew. The concentrate is a pale, clear liquid that dilutes in water for application.Where to use itOutdoor: all new and weathered exterior timber, with decks the headline use. Also suited to preparing other exterior timber surfaces before finishing.Indoor: not intended for interior surfaces. This is an exterior timber preparation product. How to use Dilute with water as directed on the pack label. Apply the diluted solution with a deck scrub, working it into the boards. Rinse thoroughly and allow the timber to dry before oiling. Follow the label for contact time and drying guidance. Coverage is 5 to 10 square metres per litre when diluted, depending on timber porosity and texture. Important notes This is a Schedule 6 poison. Store it tightly closed, away from children and pets. Wear gloves and protective clothing: the concentrate is harmful in contact with skin and if swallowed. Prevent runoff entering drains, garden beds or waterways, and rinse surrounding plants with water if splashed. May settle on standing; stir before use. Prep Productions Prep Oz-Oil Decking Oil Natural Plant Based For Decks Fences Outdoor Furniture 4L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Oz-Oil Decking Oil is a multipurpose exterior timber oil from Prep Productions, pitched as a five-in-one product: one can covers your deck, outdoor furniture, pergola, fences and gates. Blended from natural plant oils, it soaks into the timber to preserve and seal it from within, leaving a natural, semi-transparent appearance rather than a glossy film. A practical bonus for occasional users: the manufacturer states it is non-evaporative and will not gel in the can, so leftover oil keeps for the next job rather than going to waste.Formula overviewA blend of natural seed oils and waxes carried in dipentene, a citrus-derived solvent. The oil is lightly pigmented and semi-clear with a citrus odour, and works by penetrating the boards rather than coating them.Where to use itOutdoor: external timber including decking, cladding, railings, joists, bearers, rafters, pergolas, garden furniture, fences and gates.Indoor: not intended for interior use. This is an exterior timber oil.How to use Stir well before use, as the oils may settle in the can. Make sure the timber is clean, dry and free of old coatings. Follow the can label for preparation guidance. Apply with a brush or lambswool applicator. Apply 2 coats, allowing 24 hours before recoating. Coverage is up to 12 square metres per litre depending on timber porosity. Important notes The finish is semi-transparent. It enriches the timber tone but will not deliver an opaque or solid colour. Like all penetrating oils, results depend on surface preparation. Weathered grey timber should be cleaned back to sound wood first. Check the can label for clean-up directions and detailed preparation steps. Specifications Size 4 litres Base Natural seed oils and waxes in citrus-derived dipentene Coats 2 Recoat time 24 hours Coverage Up to 12 m² per litre Finish Transparent matt, natural semi-transparent tone Application Brush or lambswool applicator Shelf life Non-evaporative, does not gel in the can Made in Australia SafetyCombustible liquid (flash point around 68°C). Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames, and store below 30°C, tightly closed, in a well-ventilated area away from strong oxidisers. Rags soaked in decking oil can self-heat and spontaneously combust: lay used rags flat to dry outdoors or soak them in water before disposal. May irritate skin and can cause an allergic skin reaction in people sensitised to citrus solvents, so wear gloves when applying. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, rinse the mouth and call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26. Toxic to aquatic life: prevent washings and spills entering drains or waterways. Prep Productions Prep Organoil Woodguard Penetrating New Timber Seasoner And Sealer 4L

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Organoil Woodguard is a deeply penetrating oil treatment made to look after brand-new exterior timber in the period between installation and final finishing. Fresh hardwood often carries high moisture and, left bare, can cup, split, crack or bleed tannins as it dries out. Woodguard soaks into the boards and stabilises them while they acclimatise, so the timber arrives at oiling day in sound, even condition. It is made in Australia by Prep Productions and formulated for harsh Australian and New Zealand exposure.Formula overviewA natural-oil blend built around tung oil and beeswax, carried by dipentene, a citrus-derived solvent. Rather than forming a film on top of the wood, the blend penetrates the timber surface, which is why it is applied as a single coat and later over-coated with a finishing oil.Where to use itOutdoor: new, raw timber decking, joists, bearers, cladding, posts, rails and exterior joinery. Particularly recommended for dense or high-moisture hardwoods such as spotted gum and plantation species before they are oiled.Indoor: not intended for interior finishing. Woodguard is an exterior pre-treatment, not a furniture or floor finish. How to use Stir well before use, as natural oils can settle. New raw timber can be treated directly. Timber that has already weathered in the elements should first be cleaned with a timber wash such as Organoil Wash-A-Way. Apply one coat only, using a brush or lambswool applicator. Coverage is up to 12 square metres per coat depending on timber density and porosity. Allow the treatment to dry fully before applying your finishing oil. Follow the can label for drying guidance. Important notes Woodguard is an interim protectant, not a final finish. Plan to apply a decking or exterior timber oil afterwards. Designed as a one-coat application. Do not over-apply. For new or raw untreated timber only. Previously coated timber should be stripped and washed first. Specifications Size 4 litres Base Solvent-borne natural oils (tung oil, beeswax, citrus-derived dipentene) Coats 1 Coverage Up to 12 m² per coat Finish Matt, natural Application Brush or lambswool applicator Made in Australia SafetyCombustible liquid (flash point around 61°C). May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways; do not induce vomiting, rinse the mouth and call the Poisons Information Centre on 13 11 26. Krud Kutter Original Cleaner and Degreaser 946ml (Ready to Use Trigger Spray) Krud Kutter Original is a water-based cleaner, degreaser and stain remover that handles tough soils across a wide range of surfaces from a single bottle. Packed in a 946ml trigger pack, it sprays on straight from the bottle for everyday messes and can be used at full strength on the most stubborn grease and grime. It is biodegradable, low in odour and free from bleach, ammonia and harsh solvents, which makes it a practical choice for kitchens, garages, workshops and outdoor areas alike. Formula overview The formula combines a water base with a gentle surfactant system, an alkaline builder and a chelating agent that together lift fats, oils, road film and ground-in dirt. Because it relies on water-based chemistry rather than petroleum solvents, it rinses away cleanly, leaves no oily residue and is safe on most washable indoor, automotive and marine surfaces. It is colour fast and fabric safe on most materials, though a spot test is always sensible before a full clean. Where to use it Indoors Kitchen benches, splashbacks, range hoods, oven exteriors and BBQ grills Tiles and grout, sinks, tubs and shower screens with soap scum build up Painted walls, skirting and doors (test first and dilute for light marks) Lifting food and drink stains, marker, crayon, scuff marks and grease spots Outdoors Concrete paths, driveways and garage floors with oil and grease staining Outdoor furniture, fences and rendered or masonry surfaces Tools, machinery and engine parts (use on a cold, dry engine) Removing tree sap, bird droppings, brake dust and general weather grime How to use Always test on a small, hidden area first to check surface compatibility. For everyday cleaning, spray directly onto the surface and let it sit briefly. Wipe away with a clean, damp cloth or sponge. For heavy grease, oil or dried paint, apply at full strength, leave for a few minutes, then agitate with a brush or pad before wiping with a wet rag. For lighter cleaning over larger areas, the concentrate can be diluted with water. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water after cleaning. Important notes Do not use on varnished surfaces or on leather. The formula is alkaline, so avoid prolonged contact with bare aluminium and other sensitive metals, and rinse and dry after use. Always test painted, delicate or porous surfaces in an inconspicuous spot before a full clean. Do not mix with other cleaning chemicals. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Specifications Brand Krud Kutter Product Original Cleaner, Degreaser and Stain Remover Format Ready to use trigger spray (concentrate, dilutable) Size 946 ml Base Water-based, biodegradable Use Interior and exterior Suitable surfaces Sealed hard surfaces, tiles and grout, glass, most plastics, metal, concrete and masonry, automotive and marine surfaces Not suitable for Varnished surfaces and leather Safety Keep out of reach of children. • Packshot of Selleys Liquid Nails Fast Grab Construction Adhesive 420g (20 Pack)

Selleys Selleys Liquid Nails Fast Grab Construction Adhesive 420g (20 Pack)

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Liquid Nails Fast is a water-based, high-strength construction adhesive with fast grab and low odour. It has a thick, non-runny consistency and is ideal for adhering timbers and other porous construction materials. Once dry, it has a beige (light tan) finish. Uses Liquid Nails Fast has a high initial grab that reduces the need to support joins while the adhesive cures. The grab works best with porous surfaces. It bonds to a wide range of materials including MDF, particle board, timber, plasterboard, styrene foam, masonry, concrete, tiles, ceramics, metals, plastics*, rubber and glass. Faster results occur when at least one surface is porous. Typical applications include: Areas where nailing is not desirable Skirting boards, architraves, and cornices Wall panelling to masonry Styrene foam to metal roofing Technical Features Fast grab – high initial holding reduces slippage on vertical surfaces Complies with AS 2329-1999 (Mastic adhesives for fixing wall boards) Non-drip formula – does not sag or string between panels Bridges gaps and adheres to uneven surfaces Low mess – excess can be wiped away with a damp cloth No solvent fumes – ideal for indoor projects Flexible – withstands thermal movement and vibration Heat resistant – maintains bond strength under sunlight Paintable when dry Easy to extrude in all temperatures Application Tips Use in conjunction with permanent mechanical fasteners except for low-stress applications such as wall panelling or lightweight fixtures. Bonds are not water resistant – protect from water if used outdoors. Drying time is extended in cold or damp conditions and with non-porous materials. Thicker layers take longer to dry. Test plastics before use – adheres well to UPVC but not to polyethylene or polypropylene. For wood flooring, use solvent-based Liquid Nails instead. Satisfactory for fixing sheet flooring to joists with the manufacturer’s minimum nailing specification, but not recommended for bonding sheet flooring to existing or concrete floors. Technical Details & Performance Good bond strength after 24 hours on porous substrates; continues strengthening over 2–3 days. Appearance: Smooth beige paste, free from lumps and air bubbles Specific Gravity: Approx. 1.44 g/mL @ 25°C Viscosity: 7000–9000 Poise Slump: 0 mm (typical) Shear Adhesion Strength (7 days, AS2329): >1500 kPa (Hoop pine substrate) Peel Adhesion Strength (7 days cure): 40 N/25 mm (variant to AS2329) Initial Bond Strength (24 hrs): >200 kPa Heat Resistance: Withstands up to 140°C temporarily. Constant high temperatures may reduce load-holding power. Creep Resistance (under constant load): – At 80°C: holds 500 g (7.8 kPa) on 625 mm² bond area – At 25°C: holds 6 kg (100 kPa) on 625 mm² bond area Coverage Approximately 15 metres of a 5 mm diameter bead. Curing time increases with thicker bonds or larger bond areas. Data provided is indicative only and not for design use. Cleaning Clean with hot soapy water or a damp cloth while wet. In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL is a reliable one component foam construction adhesive dispensed from a can chosen for home repairs, trade work, and craft builds when you want a bond you can trust. Designed for Australian conditions, it balances strength, ease of use, and clean application so you can get professional results without special tools. The 750 mL pack is ideal for general work and keeps neatly in a toolbox or caddy. Why choose Sika High-Strength for your next project Everyday jobs often involve mixed materials and imperfect surfaces. SikaBond High-Strength Foam Construction Adhesive 750 mL has been formulated to wet out well, grab quickly, and cure to a tough finish that resists movement and contact stress. It maintains bond integrity across common temperature swings and has dependable resistance to moisture and most household chemicals. Whether you are fixing, building, sealing, or assembling, this product gives you confidence from first squeeze through final set. Best for Fixing studs, battens, and sheets Filling small gaps while bonding Fast installation where speed saves labour Suitable surfaces The adhesive works well on the following surface types when properly prepared: Timber and masonry Concrete and fibre cement Many building materials except PE and PP Surface preparation Good preparation is the key to a long lasting repair. Remove loose material, dust, and grease. Wipe glossy areas with methylated spirits or an approved cleaner and allow to dry. On very smooth plastics and metals, lightly roughen with fine abrasive paper to give the adhesive a mechanical key. Dry fit parts first and mark alignment points so you can assemble accurately within the open time. If bonding porous materials, ensure both faces are dry and free of surface chalking. How to use Check fit and plan clamping. Do a trial run without adhesive so you know the order of steps. Apply a thin, continuous bead to one surface. For wide pieces, use a zig zag pattern to maximise wetting. Bring surfaces together within the stated open time of assemble parts within the open time to ensure a strong bond. Reseat once if needed, then hold steady. Apply even pressure using clamps, tape, weights, or temporary fasteners. Avoid squeezing all adhesive out of the joint. Allow to cure undisturbed. Initial handling strength will develop as the adhesive sets, with a full cure reached based on the chemistry described below. Cure profile Expands slightly to fill gaps, then cures to a firm, high strength foam. Provides excellent initial grab and reduces the need for nails in many applications. Temperature and environmental performance Apply within the can's specified temperature range. Humidity supports foam curing. Avoid application to very cold, sweating, or waterlogged surfaces. For outdoor use protect fresh bonds from rain until the skin has formed and the core has progressed in cure. Once fully cured, the bond resists normal weathering, splash water, and intermittent UV exposure based on the substrate and paint systems used. Clean up and finishing Clean uncured foam with the prescribed cleaner. Once cured, cut back mechanically. When cured, excess can be carefully trimmed or sanded. For painted finishes, allow the adhesive to fully cure before priming. Test paint on a small area to confirm compatibility and drying behaviour. Coverage guide Coverage varies with bead size, surface porosity, and technique. As a general guide, a 3 mm bead yields approximately 10 to 12 linear meters per 310 mL cartridge. Smaller packs scale proportionally. Gaps, rough edges, and highly absorbent materials will reduce coverage. Plan an extra margin for offcuts and practice passes. Tips for best results Work within the recommended open time so the adhesive can properly wet the surfaces. Use light clamping pressure to keep parts aligned while maintaining a film thickness for strength. For very porous substrates, apply a thin precoat as a primer layer and allow it to tack before final assembly. Keep joint lines clean by masking edges with painter tape and removing it before the adhesive skins. Where movement or vibration is expected, design the joint to share load across a large area. Troubleshooting Poor adhesion: Check for oil, release agents, or surface dust. Reclean and lightly abrade if necessary. Slow cure: Low temperature and low humidity extend cure time. Maintain moderate conditions for best results. Visible squeeze out: Wipe fresh material with a suitable solvent and a soft cloth. Once cured, trim carefully. Bond line prints through paint: Allow a full cure, then prime and apply thin coats of paint, allowing proper drying between coats. Storage and shelf life Store cans upright. Do not expose to heat. Observe transport and disposal rules for pressurised containers. Always check the pack for a lot code and use by guidance. Reseal immediately after use and store upright. Dispose of empty containers responsibly. Safety Read the label before use. Wear gloves when handling uncured material. Provide ventilation in enclosed areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If sensitivity occurs, stop use and seek advice. Do not ingest. First aid directions and detailed handling information are available on the package and the safety data sheet. Frequently asked questions Can I bond dissimilar materials? Yes, provided each surface is clean and sound. Differences in expansion are managed by the adhesive film thickness and the inherent flexibility after cure. Is clamping required? Light clamping improves alignment and final strength. Excessive pressure can starve the joint of adhesive which reduces performance. Is the bond water resistant? Once cured the bond resists splash water and routine humidity. For permanent immersion choose an adhesive designed for underwater service and follow the manufacturer guidance. Planning your job Measure twice and cut once. Dry assemble parts so you can confirm squareness and alignment before adhesive is involved. Keep rags, clamps, and spacers ready. If you are new to the product, test on offcuts to get a feel for bead size and squeeze out. A consistent 1 to 2 mm bond line is a good starting point for most rigid materials. Thicker lines help when surfaces are uneven. Avoid starving the joint by pressing too hard without giving the adhesive a place to reside. Responsible use Choose an adhesive that suits the materials and the environment the finished piece will face. If a joint will be submerged, carry structural loads, or be exposed to strong chemicals, check the technical data sheet for specific guidance. Many general purpose products are perfect for day to day work, while specialised tasks call for a system designed and tested for that environment. Using the right product first saves time, money, and rework. Aftercare and maintenance Adhesive joints are remarkably strong when used correctly. Design repairs so that routine loads are shared across a generous area. Where heavy vibration is present, pair the adhesive bond with appropriate mechanical fasteners. Keep cleaning chemicals mild, and avoid abrasive pads on visible joints. If a bond will be repainted, choose flexible paint where movement is expected, and keep edges sealed to prevent dirt tracking along the bond line. Recycling and disposal Allow empty containers to cure before disposal. Check local council guidance for recycling of plastics and metal cartridges. Never pour uncured product into drains or soil. Wipe tools on scrap material and let residue harden before placing in general waste. Smart handling keeps the workspace clean and reduces environmental impact.

Cure profile Mix to a creamy consistency and apply with a notched trowel. Align blocks within the open time and tap to level. Allow to set before further work. Temperature and environmental performance Protect fresh work from rain, frost, and high heat. Clean up and finishing Wash tools with water while material is fresh. Remove spills promptly. Storage and shelf life Keep dry and use within shelf life.

  • Last stock! Earl’s Graffiti Barrier & Remover System 500ml Non-Toxic, Biodegradable (Barrier + Remover)

Timbermate Earl’s Graffiti Barrier & Remover System 500ml Non-Toxic, Biodegradable (Barrier + Remover)

In Stock  Express Post: 1-3 Days | Standard Post: 2-5 Days

Earl’s Graffiti Barrier & Remover System – Non-Toxic, Biodegradable Stop graffiti before it sticks—and remove it fast when it does. This two-part system pairs a sacrificial Graffiti Barrier coating with a powerful, non-caustic Graffiti Remover. Use the Barrier to shield vulnerable surfaces so future tags release easily, and use the Remover to dissolve existing graffiti on common building substrates. Both products are non toxic, contain no caustic soda, and are designed for safe, simple use in domestic or commercial settings. Why choose this system Complete solution: Protect plus remove—works as a proactive coating and a reactive cleaner. Non-toxic & biodegradable: No caustic soda; safer handling and cleanup. Wide surface compatibility: Brick, cement render, timber fences, stone, metal, garage doors, and signage (always test first). Fast turnaround: Barrier rolls or brushes on quickly; Remover dissolves graffiti that can be rinsed away with water. Made for Australian conditions: Practical directions for real-world sites—homes, schools, retail, body corporate assets, and councils. What’s in the box Earl’s Graffiti Barrier: A sacrificial, protective coating that forms an invisible* shield to make future clean-downs faster and gentler. Earl’s Graffiti Remover: A non-caustic cleaner that dissolves graffiti so residues can be scrubbed and rinsed away. *Appearance may vary by substrate; see Specifications and always test a small area first. Where to use Masonry: Bricks, blockwork, stone, concrete/cement render. Timber & metal: Timber fences, metal doors, garage doors, and metal signage. High-risk zones: Laneways, rear service doors, fence lines, public-facing walls, and transport corridors. How it works The Barrier creates a sacrificial layer. When tagging occurs later, graffiti sits at or near the surface and releases more readily during cleanup. The Remover penetrates and dissolves paints/inks so they can be agitated and rinsed from the substrate, especially effective on porous mineral surfaces and surfaces previously treated with the Barrier. Directions 1) Apply the Graffiti Barrier (preventive) Prep: Surface must be clean, dry, sound, and free of dust, oil, or old failing coatings. Mask adjacent areas. Application: Stir/shake well. Apply sparingly by roller or brush in a single, consistent roll direction. Coverage: Up to ~6 m²/L on render or dark/porous surfaces (coverage varies by substrate profile and porosity). Conditions: Do not apply below 12 °C or in very cold/damp conditions. Appearance: Dries to an opaque protective film; test a small inconspicuous area to confirm finish/visual impact. 2) Use the Graffiti Remover (reactive) For unpainted mineral surfaces: Spray or liberally apply Remover directly to the graffiti. Allow time for the film to soften/dissolve. Agitate: Scrub with a stiff bristle brush to lift residues from pores and profiles. Rinse: Wash off thoroughly with clean water. Repeat on deeply embedded areas if required. Barrier not previously applied? The Remover can still be used to clean most common surfaces; repeat as necessary. Pro tips Always conduct a spot test in an inconspicuous area to verify appearance and cleaning performance. Highly porous or dark substrates may need additional coats of the Barrier for consistent protection. Schedule maintenance inspections in high-risk locations so tags are removed promptly, discouraging re-offending. Clean-up & safety Use appropriate PPE (gloves/eye protection). Provide ventilation when working in enclosed areas. Avoid runoff into drains and waterways. Collect residues where practical and dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and sources of ignition. Keep out of reach of children. Specifications Property Graffiti Barrier Graffiti Remover Function Sacrificial protective coating to ease future graffiti removal Non-caustic graffiti dissolver for reactive cleaning Key claims Non toxic, non caustic, biodegradable Non caustic; designed to dissolve graffiti for water rinsing Suitable substrates Brick, cement render, stone, timber fences, metal, garage doors Brick, cement render, stone, timber fences, metal, garage doors, metal signs Appearance / finish Dries opaque (test first for visual impact) Clear liquid cleaner (appearance varies by manufacturer’s batch) Application method Roller or brush (single roll direction) Spray/apply, dwell, scrub, rinse with water Coverage (guide) Approx. 6 m²/L on render or dark/porous surfaces (substrate dependent) Consumption varies with thickness of graffiti and porosity Application temperature Do not apply below 12 °C Use in ambient conditions; avoid extreme heat/cold; ventilate area Cleanup Allow to dry; future clean-downs remove tags more easily Rinse dissolved residues thoroughly with clean water Typical uses Preventive protection for high-risk surfaces Removal of existing tags and markers
